Rabo de Galo
- 1.5 oz cachaça
- .75 oz sweet vermouth
- .75 oz Cynar
- 2-4 dashes Bermuda bitters
Add all ingredients to your mixing glass, then add ice. Stir for 20 seconds and then strain with your hawthorne or julep strainer into your manhattan glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
