Our Honeydew Jalapeno Shrub is our founders’ personal favorite. The fresh jalapeño definitely provides a kick, but not as much as you would expect. The fresh honeydew helps balance this with a subtle, smooth and almost creamy undertone.

Pairings:
vodka, tequila, mezcal, white whiskey, honey, watermelon, lemon, orange, grapefruit, lime, ginger, pomegranate, grilled fish, chicken, lentils, thyme & more.

Naturally, vegan & gluten free.

Up All Night

• 2 oz cold brew coffee
• .75 oz orgeat
• .75 oz Honeydew Jalapeno Shrub
• .5 oz fresh lime juice

Add all the ingredients to your shaker, then ice. Shake for 10 seconds and strain over fresh ice.
