Irish Coffee

• 1 oz whipping cream
• 1.5 oz Irish whiskey
• 3 oz hot coffee
• .5 oz rich simple syrup

Lightly whip the cream until thickened. Pour hot water into your glass to preheat the vessel, then discard the water. Add coffee, whiskey, and simple syrup to your glass and stir to combine. Top with the lightly whipped cream and garnish with a fresh sprinkling of cinnamon or nutmeg.
