- 1 oz bourbon
- 1 oz aged overproof rum
- .5 oz curaçao
- .75 oz lemon juice
- .75 oz passionfruit syrup
- 2-4 dashes aromatic bitters
- 1 oz dark rum
Add all ingredients, except dark rum, to your shaker, along with a scoop of crushed ice. Shake for 10 seconds then pour into your favorite tiki mug over fresh crushed ice. Float dark rum on top and garnish with a pineapple spear.
