Petite Canne Sugar Cane Syrup is a traditional product of Martinique and captures the essence of the islands adding the taste of sugar cane to cocktails and desserts.
- 2 oz rhum agricole
- .25 oz cane syrup
- Lime coin
Combine rhum and syrup in an old fashioned glass and stir to mix. Squeeze the lime coin over the glass and then drop it into the drink.
Lime coin: Cut a 1 inch circular piece of peel from a lime. You want some of the pith, but none of the actual fruit.
