Dry Martini:

• 2 oz gin
• 1 oz dry vermouth
• 2-4 dashes orange bitters

Add all ingredients to your mixing glass, then add ice. Stir for 20 seconds and then strain with your hawthorne or julep strainer into your martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
